Building sustainable food systems through agriculture, economics, and project leadership
About Sylvester
Hi!
I'm Sylvester.
Project Manager and Agricultural Economist
For the past 5 years, I’ve been deeply immersed in driving projects that build sustainable food systems. From concept to completion, I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed budgets, and navigated complex challenges to deliver impactful results.
There’s that sense of purpose from conceptualizing, collaborating, and consistent execution of project deliverables which seem unattainable- my motivation to leave a lasting impact.
Whether it’s implementing innovative technologies, improving market access for smallholders, or enhancing agricultural productivity, I believe solutions should benefit society and the environment.
Being a results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning, I thrive by exposing myself to new fields and concepts. I dabble in marketing, financial investment, and innovation —because sustainable solutions are multifaceted.
When not optimizing food value chains or adapting to changing project requirements, you can find me on the road exploring hidden gems with beautiful people.
I am excited to help conceptualize your next project while we collaborate and drive consistent execution from start to finish!
MISSION & VALUES
Sustainable Systems
Lasting Impact.
01 — Sustainability
Every project I lead is designed to create lasting environmental and social benefit — not just short-term outputs.
02 — COLLABORATION
I thrive in cross-functional environments — connecting farmers, economists, NGOs, and governments toward shared goals.
03 — EXECUTION
Purpose without delivery is just talk. Motivated by conceptualizing, collaborating, and consistent execution from start to finish.
